American Apparel

I know, I know, I'm seventy million years behind in obsessing about American Apparel.
Truth be told, I've been wearing AA for a couple of years now, visiting stores in London and San Francisco, loveloveloving their deep-v-tees and classic hooded sweatshirts.

At the moment, however, these items specifically make my shrivelled heart beat a little faster:

p.p.s. the allegations against Dov Charney make me purse my lips, wrinkle my eyebrows and say "hmmm" but allegations are allegations. Simple as that.
p.p.p.s I cannot cannot CANNOT buy another pair of sunglasses. If the weather is fine this weekend I will take photos and show you my collection. I think I have a pair for every day of the week. At least.

Week Twenty-Two

Sunday
Lemon Roll from Butler's, and two forks.


Monday
The weather was so horrendous that I refused to leave the complex at lunch time. Instead I broke into my emergency cup-a-soup stash. It was disgusting but warm.
Colourful post-it notes behind.


Tuesday
Tuesdays are rarely any good.


Wednesday
Kitten invades my new shoes photoshoot.
It only took me 10 months but I finally found some sneakers that I like and consider wearable.
Craig considers it a miracle.


Thursday
A beautiful sunrise on budget day, seen from my office.


Friday
On my lunch break I made Craig a birthday card contingency plan in case his present wasn't delivered in time.


Saturday
Craig, concentrating, wearing a t-shirt I bought him and playing Guitar Hero Metallica which was his main present.
At this point in time? he is unaware of the surprise party I had organised for him!
